Terms and Conditions of the Asort Rider Club

1. Membership Eligibility: The Asort Rider Club is open to all the Community Members of the Company, and the membership of the Asort Rider Club is complimentary for all eligible contestants of the Asort Incentive Drive 2023.
2. Two-Wheeler Exclusivity: Only two-wheelers are allowed in the Asort Rider Club.
3. Valid Driving License Requirement: All participants must possess a valid Driving License as per the governing law of India. They are required to submit a self-attested copy of their Driving License to the Company.
4. Registration Date Limitation: The registration date of the two-wheelers should be on or after 16th July 2023.
5. Mandatory Vehicle Documents: Members must carry all the vehicle documents, including Driving License, Vehicle Registration (RC), Insurance, PUC, and any other necessary documents required for compliance with the Law of the Country during all Club events conducted by the Asort Rider Club.
6. Exclusive Club Badge and Sticker: Members will receive the badge and sticker of the Club upon attending any Club event.
7. Focus on Safe Riding: The Asort Rider Club is a touring club and strictly does not encourage any kind of racing, stunts, or rash driving. The primary objective of the club is to promote safe riding practices.
8. Zero Tolerance for Substance Abuse: Drinking and Drive/Ride is strictly prohibited during any Club events. Consumption of any narcotic substances is not allowed either.
9. Compulsory Safety Gear: Basic safety gear such as helmets and shoes are mandatory for all members and anyone accompanying them at club events, including pillion riders. The club encourages members to wear full safety gear, including riding gloves and jackets, during club events.
10. Company’s Decision-Making Authority: The Company reserves the right to make decisions to handle any situation where the terms of the club do not apply or are necessary for the well-being of the club and its members.
11. Membership Cancellation: The Company retains the right to cancel the membership of any participant who fails to fulfil the terms and conditions of the Asort Rider Club.
