Introducing the AGS T3 Program: Teach, Train, and Thrive

We’re excited to announce a brand-new initiative under AGS: T3 Program, designed for our passionate community partners who are eager to take their skills to the next level! This program is all about creating opportunities to learn, lead, and even earn through online training sessions. Here’s everything you need to know about it:

What is the AGS T3 Program?

The T3 (Train the Trainer) Program is a fun and rewarding way for our community partners to get involved in delivering valuable AGS training to others. We believe in spreading knowledge and ensuring that as many community partners as possible get the chance to learn and grow. And the best part? If you’re selected, you can also earn from it!

We will select some of our top-performing community partners to deliver online AGS training sessions every week. This way, we can make sure training is available to everyone—no matter where they are. Each session will be held online, with a small registration fee to join. It’s a win-win for both the trainers and the trainees!

Why Should You Join the Program?

Here are a few great reasons why the AGS T3 Program is something you should definitely be part of:

1. Opportunity to Learn: Whether you’re attending the training or delivering it, there’s something new to learn for everyone.
2. Get Recognition as an Online Trainer: Becoming a trainer in this program allows you to gain recognition as an online trainer, boosting your professional profile and opening up more opportunities for growth!
3. Earn While You Train: Trainers will earn 70% of the total registration fees when they successfully complete a full-house AGS session. It’s a great way to share your knowledge and earn extra income!

How Does it Work?

• We will select the first 10 applicants to be trained on the AGS material.
• These trainers will then conduct weekly online sessions, making sure everyone stays connected and informed.
• Each trainer will be paid 70% of the total registration fees collected from their session. So, the more participants you have, the more you earn!
• The training is 100% online, making it super easy to join from anywhere in the country.

Who Can Apply?

This exciting opportunity is open to those who have achieved the ACE title or higher within our community. If you’re passionate about teaching, have a bit of training experience, and are ready to lead, then this is the perfect program for you!
