WHO ALL CAN BE A PART OF ASORT INCENTIVE DRIVE?

All Existing Independent Seller Partners who achieved the rank of Asort Community Entrepreneur (hereinafter referred as an ‘ACE’) and above as of 30th June, 2023 and promoted till 01st July, 2023 only.
Participation in Asort Incentive Drive’23 is completely optional and subject to the approval of the Company.

HOW CAN YOU BE A PART OF THE ASORT INCENTIVE DRIVE?

An ACE and above needs to give his/her interest by filling a REGISTRATION FORM which is available on the website of the Company. Thereafter, a Contestant /Participant needs to e-sign an Agreement along with Terms and Conditions of the Drive and send it to at thementor@asort.com.

Thereafter, a Contestant/Participant needs to do a sale of INR 2,75,000/- (Two Lakh Seventy-Five Thousand only), excluding of applicable Taxes, of only in-house products of Asort in his/her Personal Group.
Generation Sale shall not be counted for the purpose of Asort Incentive Drive.

WHICH ARE THE IN-HOUSE PRODUCTS OF ASORT?

Products under the brands namely IFAZONE, Earthy Scent, ABG (Another Bad Generation), Kuefit, MR. Huffman, Amiiga, Solasta.

WHAT WILL YOU EARN AND WHAT ARE THE TARGETS?

Asort shall pay the following monthly Incentive Payout under Asort Incentive Drive to all the eligible ACE Participants.

1. * INR 2.75 Lakh per month (2.75×2 = 5.50).

FREE MEMBERSHIP OF ASORT RIDER CLUB
All the successful Participants shall earn a complimentary Free Membership of ‘Asort Rider Club’. The Members of Asort Rider Club will also enjoy a Road Trip to be organized by the Company from time to time.

WHAT WILL BE THE PAYOUT IF AN ACE OR ABOVE DOES NOT ACHIEVE THE PRE-DECIDED MONTHLY SALES TARGET OF INR 2.75 LAKH (EXCLUDING TAX) DURING THE PERIOD OF DRIVE?

Followings shall be the final payout on under achievement of Monthly Sales Target during Asort Incentive Drive:

● Participation in the Asort Incentive Drive is completely optional. Participation in this Drive is voluntary and subject to the approval of the Company.  
● Asort Incentive Drive is solely launched to help you to earn EXTRA INCENTIVE MONEY every month for the period of 21 months from your date of joining. Therefore, the same shall be governed as per the special terms and conditions.
● Registration for Asort Incentive Drive is open from 16th July, 2023 and it will be closed on 30th September, 2023.
● The monthly incentive earned during the Asort Incentive Drive is separate from your regular periodic incentives. 
● Only Personal Group Sales shall be considered under Asort Incentive Drive. Generation Sale shall not be counted for the purpose of Asort Incentive Drive.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ASORT INCENTIVE DRIVE:

1. Dynamic Beneficial Accord Marketing Private Limited shall be referred as ‘Asort’ or ‘Company’ in this document.
2. Participation in Asort Incentive Drive is completely optional and subject to the approval of the Company.  
3. Registration for Asort Incentive Drive is open from 16th July, 2023 and valid till 30th September. Thereafter, no Registration Form shall be accepted.
4. Post filling of Registration Form, an eligible Contestant needs to e-sign an Agreement and accepts all Terms and Conditions of the Asort Incentive Drive.
5. All Contestants are requested to read carefully terms and conditions of the Agreement before signing.
6. Registration Form link will be available on 01st to 5th and 16th to 20th of every Months’ Cycle Period till 30th September, 2023. All Contestants need to send their consents by e-sign an Agreement along with Terms and Conditions of the Drive, which will be shared after successfully filling and acceptance of Registration Form on the registered email id of the Contestants, and send it to at thementor@asort.com.
7. Only Personal Group Sale shall be considered for the purpose of Sales Target mentioned under the head ‘Monthly Incentive Table’. Generation income shall not be counted for the purpose of Asort Incentive Drive.

8. For Asort Business Owner (‘ABO’), Personal Group which consist of ACEs shall not be considered for computing of Sales Target under Asort Incentive Drive.
9. Monthly Incentive money earned in Asort Incentive Drive is separate from your regular monthly payout.
10. All the successful Participants shall earn a complimentary Free Membership of ‘Asort Rider Club’.
    The Members of Asort Rider Club will also enjoy a Road Trip to be organized by the Company from time to time. Terms and Conditions for participation in Road Trip shall be different mentioned in this Document and every Participant needs to fulfill all the conditions before joining the Road Trip.
11. Monthly Incentive under the Asort Incentive Drive shall attract the TDS as per Income Tax Act, 1961 as amended. Therefore, all the final payout shall be disbursed after the deduction of applicable rate of TDS as per Income Tax Act, 1961. If a Recipient/Participant does not frunish his/her PAN then it would attract TDS at higher rate i.e. 20% specified under the provisions of Section 206AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
12. Over-achieved sales target in any particular month during the duration of Drive shall not be clubbed or carry forward in next month target for the consideration of Monthly Sales Target mentioned in this document.
13. Final payout on under achievement of Monthly Sales Target during Asort Incentive Drive:

14. Only Independent Seller Partner who achieved the rank of ACE and above up to 30 th June, 2023 and promoted on 01st July, 2023 are eligible to participate in the Asort Incentive Drive.

15. The Company reserves its rights to alter, amend, or change the duration of Asort Incentive Drive and terms and conditions including but not limited to withdrawing or discontinuing this Asort Incentive Drive which is subject to the discretion of the Company. Qualifying ACEs and above shall be intimated by the Company about such changes.

16. The Company reserves its full rights to cancel Asort Incentive Drive at any time. 

17. The Company expects, promotes and committed for Contestant longer association with it and accordingly it shall put every effort to address genuine grievance of the Contestant to nurture this mutual association. 18. All Returns and Refunds under this Drive shall be governed by the Return and Refund Policy of the Company available on the website of the Company.

19. All ACEs and above participating in the Asort Incentive Drive shall abide by the terms and conditions (except those are relaxed by the Company during the period of Drive, if any) of the Company including the terms and conditions of this Drive.

20. Asort Incentive Drive is launched with an intention to help you earn extra money along with your regular monthly payout.

21. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance to the Indian laws and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest.

1. How can I participate in the Asort Incentive Drive?

   All Independent Seller Partner who has achieved the rank of ACE and above as of 30th June 2023 and were promoted on 01st July, 2023.
4. What will I win in this Asort Incentive Drive?
   Eligible Participant will earn an extra incentive money, mentioned in above Monthly Incentive Table, on over and above of his/her regular monthly payout along with free membership of Asort Rider Club.
5. Is there any registration fee to be paid for participation in the Asort Incentive Drive?
   No. This contest is free for all eligible ACE and above rank holders.
6. What if I don’t want to participate in Asort Incentive Drive? Participation in Asort Incentive Drive is completely optional and subject to the sole discretion of the concerned ACE. But for not participated in the Drive, you will lose the opportunity to earn extra money in terms of Incentive along with Free Membership of Asort Rider Club.  

7. Why do I participate in the Asort Incentive Drive? 
   By Participation you can earn extra amount which shall be over and above of yours Regular Monthly Payout and also have a chance to earn complimentary membership of Asort Riders Club.
8. If I participate in the Asort Incentive Drive then will I get my monthly payout? 
   Yes. The monthly incentive earned during Asort Incentive Drive is separate from your regular monthly payout.
